Finance Teams Stopped Rebuilding the Spend Report Every Quarter

"We had no central view of our SaaS portfolio, so duplicate tools with overlapping functionality were invisible until CloudEagle.ai surfaced them. Once we could see which apps were redundant and who had access to them, the consolidation decision was straightforward."

"As our software portfolio expanded, staying ahead of every contract renewal became increasingly important for cost control and operational continuity. CloudEagle.ai gave us 90-day renewal visibility, eliminated auto-renewals, and helped reduce contract management time by 80%, saving 1,350 hours annually. That shift gave our team complete control over renewals without disrupting access to critical tools."

"Managing software licenses was a complex and time-consuming task with no clear view of costs. Due to a lack of real-time usage insights, we were unaware that many licenses went unused. CloudEagle.ai has changed that by simplifying the process, providing complete transparency, and helping us better manage and optimize our licenses, resulting in increased SaaS savings."

Send us one month of spend. We’ll allocate it.

One export from your finance system, one bill from an AI provider. You get the allocation back by department, application and user, on your numbers rather than a demo tenant.

1.  How is this different from the FinOps dashboard we already built ourselves?

Your dashboard reports. It cannot reclaim a seat, cap a budget, move a user onto a cheaper model or deprovision on inactivity. CloudEagle.ai does all four, and covers AI and SaaS, which your cloud cost data never will.

2. Do we have to replace Flexera or ServiceNow?

No. They stay system of record. Most enterprise customers run CloudEagle.ai on top for AI and SaaS, starting with the vendors where consumption spend is already real.

3. Is this a budgeting and forecasting tool?

No. There is no screen for entering forward budgets. CloudEagle.ai holds the spend underneath the forecast, down to vendor, app and SKU, and pushes it into Adaptive, Anaplan or your warehouse.

4. How do you attribute AI token cost to a team or a feature?

By user and by API key. Team attribution works out of the box. Feature-level depends on how your keys are segregated, because provider APIs return totals per key and nothing below that. We will tell you what your setup can answer.

5. Most of our software gets bought on corporate cards. Does that show up?

Yes. Card and expense data comes in alongside your finance system and gets matched to applications. Purchases that never touched a contract or a PO land in the same allocation, including reseller spend.

6. How accurate is the usage data?

Send your own export in week one and we run it against the platform. On a recent enterprise validation, 30 of 46 applications matched at 100% and two came in below 95%. You see the match rate per app before any number leaves your desk.

7. How much spend history do you keep?

Twelve months on the platform. For three or five year trending, pull the data into your own warehouse by API or MCP.

8. Can we buy just the piece we need?

Yes, one application at a time. Several customers started with AI token tracking on two vendors and expanded after the first quarterly number landed.

9. FinOps does not own SaaS here. Who does this belong to?

Usually whoever produces the first allocated number. Bring one contested application, we build the allocation on your data, and you take evidence to the ITSM or ITAM owner instead of a proposal.

10. What do we need to connect?

One finance system and your IdP. That gets you spend, apps, users and the first allocation. Card data closes the decentralized purchasing gap and provider keys add tokens. About 30 minutes, no engineering.
