This role will be pivotal in shaping product vision, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize product performance.
📄Job description
CloudEagle is looking for a Product Manager to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be someone coming from a technical background in the SaaS space. As a Product Manager, You will own the roadmap, drive execution, and deliver impactful features that expand CloudEagle’s footprint across the customer journey.
📋Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and identify what we can build to enable them.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering to support product development and launches.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product initiatives.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure product development.
- Articulate and align internal stakeholders to execute a vision, and build product roadmaps and feature requirements for CloudEagle.
- Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog
- Work with Marketing on GTM product assets
⭐Preferred Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years of total professional experience.
- Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS company is mandatory.
- Must have experience working in a startup environment.
- Should have a technical background, with prior experience as a Developer or QA before transitioning into Product Management.
- Must hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Experience in developing or launching products/technologies in areas such as AI, Cloud, SaaS, RPA, Enterprise Applications, Internal Help Desk, or Customer Support platforms.
- Proven experience in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience in creating strategic product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of multiple functional areas including Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing.
