About Gong Integration

‍Integration with Gong allows you to get insights into Gong usage and manage your Gong users directly from CloudEagle.

To get started, simply visit us at cloudeagle.ai/free-trial and sign up for a free trial.

Connecting to Gong

  1. Login to your CloudEagle instance with an admin account.
  2. Go to Admin Settings -> Direct Integrations.
  3. Search for Gong.
  4. Click on the Connect button for Gong, and a new window with the Gong login page will open.
  5. Log in to Gong using your admin account, and accept the requested permissions by CloudEagle.
  6. You will now be connected to Gong on your CloudEagle instance.
  7. Click on Sync Now to start pulling Gong data in CloudEagle
  8. Once the sync is complete, you can go to the Gong application page in your CloudEagle instance and see your data under the Usage and License Management tabs.
  9. User provisioning and de-provisioning can be managed in Users section which you can find in the left-side menu.
  10. Gong data gets automatically synced every 24 hours.
